A wooden quaich of unknown provenance. Originally captioned as found in Kenavara, Tiree, but possibly the ‘wooden cup… made in a turning loom by the Marquis of Argyll … from which he had taken the last draft … before being led out, for execution’, as recorded in a letter copied by the 9th Duke for Lord Archibald Campbell in 1908 (display no. 33)
